Business Development / Marketing
Identify and support expansion into new schools, regions, and student markets. Build and manage partnerships with schools, institutions, and education stakeholders. Support social media growth and student engagement while generating student leads through digital campaigns, school visits, and events.
Sales Manager
Sales / Counseling
Lead and manage the sales/counselling team. Convert student leads into applications and payments while overseeing follow-ups, counselling sessions, and closings. Track sales performance, conversions, and revenue, and improve sales processes and team discipline.
